Way too often people hesitate when starting their fitness journey, especially with something like CrossFit. We know it can be intimidating. We all encounter some kind of stress in our life. How we deal with it varies from person to person. One of the best ways to reduce stress over the long term however, is to get in a good workout. Not only can working out build confidence, it also teaches you how to focus on the task at hand and eliminate external influences that may stress you out.
