KB Halo, Pushups, KB squat (holding KB in front). Do 2 up to 20 by 2's. So you do 2 of each, then 4, 6, etc. up to 20. You can use Dumbells in place of the Kettlebells if needed.

2 min run on treadmill then 10 Burpees, 15 DB Thrusters for 3 rounds, then another 2 min run.

800m run, 80 Mountain Climbers, 600m run, 60 Mountain Climbers, 400m, 40 Mountain Climbers, 200m, 20 Mountain Climbers

100 Burpees for time. Can scale to 50 if you're relatively new to Crossfit.

100 Jumping Jacks, 200 Jump Rope, 100 Jumping Jacks. Rest 1 min then cut in half and repeat.

15 DB press overhead w/ two DB's, 8 Burpees x 5 rounds

Run for 3 min on the treadmill, 50 Air Squats, 30 Situps, 50 air squats, 30 Situps, run for another 3 min. Then, rest 3 min then repeat but with Pushups instead of Squats.

400m hard run then 100 Situps, 200 Russian twists, 300 Rolling Planks, then another hard 400m.

10 Burpees, 20 Lunges, 30 Situps x 5 rounds

1200m run then do 50 Squats with 30 lb DB, then do 50 bench press with around 20-35 lb DB's in each hand.
