Nope! Most of our members start just like you. We assess each new members fitness level.
Then our workouts are “universally scaled”, with a different version of each days workout designed for every level. As you level up you can take on more challenging variants of the workout if you desire. Sign up today!

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
Our workouts are based on what we call “Controlled Intensity.” We achieve this by perfectly blending your typical high intensity workout with some tempo and static holds to ensure you’re moving as perfectly as possible.
Some days are more strength focused where we’ll slow things down and just work on lifting some weight. These days can include barbells, dumbells, heavy slam balls or even tire flips!
Other days we ramp up the intensity piece and focus on elevating your heart rate with lightweight or bodyweight movements such as pushups, situps or pullups.
Whatever the day, the program is designed to be fun and help you feel like a million bucks!
Our classes are 45 minutes so you can get in, get your sweat on and get on with your life.
The sessions all begin with a warmup specifically designed for that days workout. This is followed by our “bulletproof warmup,” essentially a slower more physical therapy style movement combination that will test your muscle stamina and build strength in your joints, ligaments and tendons.
Once you’re limber and ready to go, we’ll demo the movements, set up our weights if needed, and off to the races we go!
Every class ends with a refreshing cold towel and a 5 minute cool down stretch.
The best part?! Everything is led by an experienced coach who will guide and motivate you through the entire class.
